Adding movement if your desk bound

Here’s how to add exercise in to your work day.

We all know being sedentary and stuck in a seated position all day is not good for our body or our minds, so how can we combat this at work?

Here are a few easy to do movements in and around the office……. I can’t promise you won’t get laughed at but you could make a fun competition with colleagues to see who can get the most repetitions of each movement in the working day πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
