12 weeks to go, let’s do this!

Be fit & well for now and for 2019

Ok guys I know you do not want to hear it as we have Halloween, Firework Night and lots of other things to enjoy before the festivities begin but it is only 12 weeks today until the eve of that special day.

If you are not where you want to be right now before the excessive season starts then how do you plan to work on damage control over the indulgent times ahead?

I love this time of year and I want to really enjoy it. I like to set a positive example these few months before the party time begins, so that I can feel good when I’m out for the festive parties, in my little party dress (goes for you guys to in your party suits).

I want to go in to December feeling energised, focused, leaner, happier, relaxed and excited for the quality family time.

This can be a stressful time of the year, it would great to reduce the level of stress on your body beforehand. You can do this very easily by focusing on good nutrition, exercise, quality sleep and managing stress.

I can give you lots of tools to be able to do this for the pre-party season and also moving forward in to a positive New Year.

We can increase fibre (vegetables), the variety of foods in your diet to get the vitamins and minerals you need to keep you focused, energised, healthier, sleeping better & the right nutrition will most definitely reduce stress on the body.

Increasing exercise/activity in your daily routine will also help with energy levels, focus, sleep, strong muscles & bones. Activity also helps deal with stress and as a positive side effect you will have a leaner body which we all strive for.

Increase quality sleep by setting a good bedtime routine. Getting to bed at a sensible time and trying to get 7hrs+. Nutrition and activity will help with this massively. We can create positive routines and habits to work with this.

Stress is a major player in ruining our bodies, our minds and our happiness. We really must work on positive ways to manage this. Good nutrition, activity and sleep most certainly help reduce stress on the body and we can do lots of other things to help.

Time management, asking for help, spending time with good people, use mindfulness apps, use apps to help with meditation, try yoga, change routines to help reduce stress and you have me as well to really help implement this and support you.

We have 12 weeks to work together to get you to your optimum health. We can really add quality to your lifestyle now and for the next year to come.
